Default The "Full" Harry?

Yet another Harry Potter thread. When the ABC "Family" channel runs the HP films, all of them, they contain scenes that were not in the Theaters or the DVD,s Example(s): When the Dursleys are trying to keep young Harry from getting the HW lettr, Aunt Petunia finds letters in eggs, there is much more of the family hiding from owls etc, Ron and Harry fly the Ford Anglia by Big Ben, Sir Cudugen (spelling)? is featured in the POA, etc. These "extra" scenes are not on the double DVD's or any theatrical release, there seems to be a lot of them. Does anyone know if there will ever be a "complete" HP DVD(s) released at any time? if so this is a good reason to wait for the final film.
