I didn't bother trying to replace it so I don't know what their return/damage policy is in the event the Steelbook is damaged.

So 3/4 of the times, they packaged it well. Only 1 time was my packaged damaged, but I can't really blame them for the damage, but the bubble wrapping doesn't seem to protect it well from such heavy damage.

Sounds like they package pretty well. Heavy damage would damage the package for sure, but sounds like you had pretty good luck with them.
