want to upgrade my sub

so,right now i have the Onkyo HT-S7200 system,iam pretty happy with the system but i want more BASS,and the 10 inch sub aint doing it for me.so iam between the BIC PL-200 Acoustech Platinum Series Subwoofer and the Polk Audio PSW Series PSW505 12" Powered Subwoofer.now i know the RMS is more important but the BIC 1000watt peak power is mighty attractive and i like how the BIC has rubber woofer abd the the 505 has only a foam woofer.but all that to the side i want to know which sub is going to give me more bang for the buck.
