Blu-ray Guru
|
![]()
I love the insane humour of people in the USA!
![]() There's no such thing as 'cheap' Blu-rays in Germany, France or anywhere on mainland Europe. We have cheap Blu-rays here in the UK but that's because they're manufactured here and mostly shipped from tax havens just outside the UK. The last 3 DVDs (not even Blu-ray!) I've bought from the Netherlands, Germany and France all tipped over the £15 mark. It's painful but you gotta do what you gotta do. Even the shipping costs an arm and a leg. Everyone I know in Germany and France shop online from UK stores for most titles. Germany, try actially going to http://www.ebay.de or http://www.ebay.at (Austria, a small village in Germany apparently) and logging in with your .com details because you get a wider selection of Sellers and of course try http://www.amazon.de http://www.jpc.de and http://www.cinebutler.com/search.html German/Austrian Sellers are always great IME (very very helpful and patient in fact) and their English is usually great too. Just mind a lot of them refuse to use PayPal (they hate it for some strange reason) but that doesn't mean they won't take it if you politely ask them. Offer to pay their costs too. And be nice ![]() |
