It was this old movie about cops and gangsters.
The style is similar to "A better tomorrow"... you know... the classic John Woo style movie. If I remember correctly, Lesile Cheung was in it. Basically, the only thing I remember clearly is this scene. It was so epic that when I watched it as a kid, I still remember it: The cop and the gang member are involved in a Mexican standoff. What made this scene unique is that instead of the typical outcome (either they give up or one outsmarts the other), they had a close-range shootout. Both died at the end, it was glorious. Even more glorious especially since I was only a kid when I watched it. I kinda wanna watch it again. What movie is this? haha |
