Any problems with disney's a xmas carol

Hello all,
Have any one who bought Disney's a Christmas carol, had any trouble playing the regular disk on there tv dvd player? I have a Samsung blu ray 2550 player and I can not get the regular disc to play onit. The Blu ray disc will play fine on it. I did write to the tech. in a samsung forum. He said they will check it out but will take time. The regular disc did play fine on my neighbors dvd player. It is a different brand and just plays regular discs. I guess this would be to those of you who own a samsung player. I have the latest firmware installed in the player. Tech. says they will have to get the dvd and try different things to recreate the problem. I've never had problems with this player before. Yes I did return the disk pack and received a replacement. It did not fix the problem. Thank you all. P.S.-- May be a copyright problem.
