I've noticed a few times in recent months that there doesn't seem be to 1 day shipping for pre-order items, and in the case of the items there's two options. 1. two day shipping (regular cost) 2. two day free shipping. Often the 2nd option STILL charges you 3.99 for the shipping, such as when I placed a pre-order for Inception Bluray/DVD/Digital Copy set. What gives?
