Watched all 5 movies today, home sick from work. They blew me away.
Most surprising was movie #2. A couple scenes I felt like I was sitting on the set watching them film. Of course, it had its soft moments as well, but when scenes 'popped', boy did they! 1, 3 and 4 were all pretty decent too, obviously getting better with each new movie. But movie #5? I admit I havent watched all my BRDs yet, but this was easily the best looking BRD I have had the pleasure to watch so far. I also remembered I saw it in theaters on a crappy old projector that had birghtness/contrast issues, so I missed a lot of standard details. So that probably help raise my opinion of the BRD, but still... amazing... |
