Honestly, as long as quality isn't suffering then I have no complaints with a 2 year cycle. If the series ever turns into rehash after rehash with few or any improvements then I'll hope for a break.

In the close up pics you can see all his clothes are different and look a lot more detailed and refined.



Bye-bye blue jeans, in the desert at least.

• Sleeve folds now look entirely polygon-modeled, so they'll now look 3D from every angle! (possibility of cloth flexibility as seen in baseball games?)
• White buttons contrast better and won't be bleached out when ambient occlusion is in effect, in the shade
• Vertical stripe cloth detail texture is gone in favour of a more traditional, natural looking pattern
• Stitching detail has been added
• Cloth folds under itself with more thickness (polygon-modeled) at end of sleeves and one side of collar poking outwards making it look more three-dimensional

Straps/holster - Changes in width and shape give them more visual interest along with the contrasting brass-coloured buckles, bullets and studs

Drake's hair and ears appear to have been adjusted for more 3Dness too. The hair could do with a little more work to look less chunky I think.

They may have fixed the awkward angular crotch-bulge! Hard to tell without a similar spread pose.
