Default Burn Notice Season 1 DVD Issue

(I wasn't sure where to put this thread, move if it's in wrong spot)

I recently bought Burn Notice Season 1 from Amazon (one of their Black Friday lightning deals). When I go to place it in my PS3, my system begins to make a loud buzzing type noise. This however does not happen to any other DVD or Bluray so its not a system problem.

When I place Burn Notice in my MacBook it makes a similar noticeable noise as it did in my PS3. I tried both Disc 1 and 2, both load fine but for some reason cause my DVD players to make a noticeable noise.

The discs are spotless - has anyone ever experienced something like this?

If I were to contact Amazon for an exchange, would that be a solution worth trying? I never had an issue like this before where a disc makes a drive act up.
