Isn't PS3 inconvenient to use?

I got a PS3 last year for x-mass (actually I bought it Nov 23rd but put it under the tree for myself and family.)

I've used my backlit harmony remote with it since day 1. There are many ways to use an IR remote with a PS3. Nyco makes a IR remote that available very cheap from Gamestop and once you have that you can use the IR Receiver with the Harmony or any other universal remote.

I would be tempted to get the Bluetooth remote but it doesn't have backlighting which is critical because I keep the theater pitch black during movie playback (the room has no windows and dark walls and carpet.)

Way back then you had to wait for DVD up convertion but it's built in now for DVD and also for Ps2 games too.

I don't doubt it's still the best Blu Ray player there is.
