Default What would you offer Warner to make them go exclusive?

I created the same thread over on HDD, so I thought Id do the same here:

The Battle for Warner is heating up, so lets play a little game.

If you were the head of the BDA or HD-DVD camp what would you offer Warner to make them go exclusive knowing that it would end the war and mean your side would win.

Anything goes as long as it can be offered. Try to keep the stupidity down to a minimum.

The BDA:
Sony would share a percentage of the format royalties.
Sony would also offer them their stake in MGM, which they failed to aquire before.
$500 million in promotional incentives.
The BDA would offer to build them their own replication facilities.

HD-DVD camp:
Higher royalties
$500+ Million payout.
I dont have many ideas here and Im hoping some of the die hards can make a suggestion.

The above represent a desperate last ditch effort.

Lets the games BEGIN!!!
