Newbie question.... i have a 52in Sharp Aquos t.v. with 1080p. I am fine playing games through 1080p, but when i watched bluray for the first time it auto converts it to 420p. BTW i have a component cable. So i fixed up some settings and only allowed 1080p, 1080i,720p. So now, the bluray is running 1080i why isn't it running 1080p instead? Do i need a HDMI cable to do this? I am just curious, i am fine with 1080i but i want to experience 1080p quality. I would apperciated whoever can help me out.
