I'm thinking of placing the BD in a BD case, and leaving the CD in the original cover in my CD collection. Could someone scan the front, back and spine in high resolution? I'll try to make a BD cover insert.

Does anyone know where to buy original high quality BD plastic covers in few quantities for an affordable price online, that also ship international?
