Isn't 4 very good??? I think 3 or 3,5- would be really fair, but I felt the need to compensate. Home I gave 4,5 PQ: + Contrast and black levels are usually terrific. Colors are extremely lush and eye-popping detail is good/great/excellent Many shots are drop dead gorgeous - some noise in darker patched (digital cameras were used, and not the best ones, but much better than Plane Earth) colors are a little over saturated in some shots. aliasing is rather frequent purple fringing is an obvious problem in some shots lens distortion is a pretty frequent issue All in all, due to the stunning photography, I can't give it a mere 4 for PQ. It's just so much better than PE, and only pales in comparison to Baraka, whose detail is unrivaled. |
