I agree... I didn't see anything wrong with what Jim did...he went over there..shook his hand and ran away with excitement. I think Schwartz is a poor loser...couldn't handle the joy from the winner. LOL.

For someone who does not know the entire story I suggest you guys read into it a bit more. What Harbaugh did was unprofessional and uncalled for, a half assed handshake after an emotional win, then saying something derogatory to Schwartz and slapping him on his ass like a player seriously. The comments that were made were covered in the presser, then Harbaugh said something again in his presser.

Harbaugh owes Schwartz an apology even Bill Chower said so on CBS during halftime of the Raven game. He said if Harbaugh did that to him he would have been right alongside Schwartz going after Harbaugh, who BTW has a rep for this crap, he did it when he left Michigan, and then did the same Crap to Pete Caroll when he was at USC.

You are one of those half assed homer fans that only sees what he wants to and really need to get an entire story before you keep making yourself look like the biggest ass on these forums. O wait to late for that everyone already knows that you are. You don't like the Lions so be it but stop posting these 1 sided comments that you continually post in this topic every single day.

Yeah that's right its Schwartz fault a guy with no history of this, i just cited multiple sources as well as former NFL coaches that said they would have reacted the same. Leave it to a lopsided pencil minded view of a Minnesota fan to post something as ignorant as you just did. God you are a moron guess its time to put you back in the box and back on ignore after tonight.

I agree what Harbaugh did was unprofessional. It wasn't the handshake. It was the slap on the back, and who knows if he said something too. Even Jimmy Johnson said the slap crossed the line. Time for Harbaugh to take the high road and apologize. It's like he's a 12 year old on the playground.

What is wrong with a slap on the back? Football players slap football players' asses, Schwartz is the unprofessional one who tried to start a shouting match with Harbaugh, Jim should have walked away and forget about it

He has a Packer fan defending him too. Harbaugh did say something after the slap on the back and if you can read lips, Schwartz said "What the ****?" is response to what Harbaugh said and if it were me I'd chase him down and whoop his ass too.

Why would you remove him from your ignore list after putting him there? You obviously hate the guy, but like to argue with him for some reason. Nobody wants to see your pointless bickering.

As for Schwartz and Harbaugh, they were both wrong. Harbaugh shouldn't have done what he did and Schwartz shouldn't have ran after Harbaugh. Just because Bill Cowher or any other coach say's that it's what they would have done definitely does not make it the right thing to do.

I believe Harbaugh went for the 2 points after a td when Stanford was up by a lot. Carroll said "What's your deal?" after the handshake.

+1

I agree that they were both wrong but it made Schwartz look worse since he chased after Jim. Jim said it was his fault, he shook his hand too hard

I felt like it wasn't as bad as it could have been, overall I'd say it was a bit dismissive on Harbaugh's part. But come on rookie coach 4-1 and beat a really good lions team at home, some people are high emotion guys, and I think it got the better of him.

But now that I think about it he's had a history of this before.. See the Cal game with Tedford and Pete Carroll @ USC.

For someone claiming others don't know the whole story, you didn't even accurately describe what happened. Harbaugh was a good 2 feet north of "slapping him on the ass".

I mean he's about in the middle

I'm always shocked how they can control the big guys lmao when you have 106 ripped dudes about to go at it sorry ref but if they all want to brawl you aren't doing anything.

The team with the best record during the regular season usually does look like the best team. That does not always equate to Super Bowl wins. Some of the Colts best regular seasons ended well before the big dance. The 2007 Patriots are another perfect example. The Packers may persevere, but only time will tell.

yep....so it doesn't even bother to talk about the super bowl right now.

the packers last year didn't even get into the playoffs until the last week of the season.

doesn't change the fact that even w/their shaky defense, the Packers have been rolling.

More importantly they're flying under the radar big time... With the Lioins 49ers exc. all taking center stage the pack are just going in each week kicking the S*** out of people and going home

Meanwhile my Arod autos just go up up up up
