Really? I was thinking 1 game, maybe 2. But who knows, given his history the league may really try to send a statement.

That's the game. You can't make this many mistakes and hope to beat Green Bay.

If I were Detroit I would be looking into trading Suh in the off-season. He constantly has a problem with penalties and now he went even further, costing his team a lot. They have Nick Fairley and Vanden-Bosch, trade Suh for a first rounder (and maybe a second or third) and get someone who can play by the rules.

Haynesworth got five for his stomp which busted Gurode wide open requiring 30 stitches. That was to the head. No cut and to the arm by Suh but the intent was the same and he was already out of control before the stomp. Yeah four games seems about right.

Didn't Suh meet with the commissioner earlier in the year to discuss what type of play is legal? I doubt Suh was told stomping a guy on the ground is ok behavior.

why the hell are troy aikman and joe buck saying suspension for suh

it's not like he was punching or kicking the shit out of someone, he just did a light kick and walked away

stuff like that happens every game and sometimes it doesn't even get called

at most 1 game suspension imo

I think it's a 1 game suspension. This talk of a 3+ game suspension is badly overstating the severity of the play. Suh didn't injure anyone. Wasn't to the head like Haynesworth.

I agree that was uncalled for and he should be suspended. I am on the fence for how long he should. I would say 1-2 games at least.

I was hoping the Lions would win, but the Packers played 4 Quarters of football.
