R for the original theatrical run and then M for all sale/rental releases.

nickmate: Regarding Hellraiser, there's an 88 minute cut which is M and a 91 minute cut which is R. Perhaps the Blu-ray release is of the 88 min cut whereas the DVD featured the 91 min cut.
