Default Blu-ray IS better than HD DVD... But I have a question.

Ok, I have a Blu-Ray player a Samsung BD-1400, I know Blu will win the war so I went straight to Blu. Now I have also just picked up an add on HD-DVD player for my X360 since I got it for $75 I thought I would have a bit more selection for 1080p movies for a little while and I dont ever plan to actually buy any HD-DVD discs just rent them from Blockbuster. I can tell the Blu picture quality is better than the HD but here is my question. Loading time on the HD-DVD player is much quicker, and it goes directly to the movie title menu, no previews, no waiting, just click play and the movie starts. Is this just a result of the X360 player? meaning for some reason skips all the previews so it loads faster? And yes I have done all the updates on my BD player.
