Should be an easy fix swapping an A-Board out and hopefully will fix your issue.

Free warranty coverage from Panny to fix the A-Board to fix your Free TV
Brakes paid for by your TV Warranty Company.

LOL, I would call that some good luck!!

Hopefully the A-Board fixes the issue..
