I do play the occasional game on it though. I see no reason to buy a stand alone. Well,.. if the stand alone had analog outputs and decoders for all the audio formats then that could be usefull to people like me who have older AV Recievers. But,.. now I have an excuse to upgrade to HDMI audio which is really the better answer anyway. -Brian
