I hope the store will return it because I don't want to pay $30 for a keychain I didn't really want to begin with.
That's amazing. Best Buy can be an adventure land. My brother and I were at the mall last year. He walks up to me and hands me a BD that he thought I might like. I told him he was right and I like it so much I already own it. We laughed then we went back to BB to exchange it. They told us that u couldnt return something until it have been in the system for two hours. As I didnt want to hang out there I had to make special trip the next day.

I canceled my one order of the Stark version @ 44.99 and then re-ordered both @ 34.99 and Best Buy still has my 44.99 on hold.

People who are buying it @ Best Buy. Which of the three editions are you getting?

And this, my friends, is why I try very, very hard to deal with BB as little as possible.

I'm just getting this one at Amazon. $34.99, no tax, free shipping. Done and done. I'll live without a keychain or variant packaging.

Stark. I think the grey colorscheme really complaments the series.

Yea, Stark for me too. It was a tough choice but in the end, I'll take any chance to not have another black case on my shelf.

Now if there were a Lannister red & gold box...that would be first choice. The only way I think I'd get black is if it had the golden kraken of House Greyjoy.

I'm still trying to figure out how this gorgeous box set (image courtesy of WinterIsComing.net), featuring a badass image of Sean Bean and the amazing artwork of the different houses from the main titles, could be considered by anybody as "generic".

I wouldn't say it's generic when compared to cover art from other shows...but the picture of Ned on the Iron Throne is the image everyone was expecting and is even on the republished ASOIAF books...in that sense it has become the generic image for the series. Although it is cool, I am kinda tired of looking at it.

Well, I've loved the image since day one and was hoping it would end up as the BD/DVD cover
[Show spoiler](and I feared it wouldn't, given how the season ends)
. It's an image that's completely unique to this season, and I'm glad to see
[Show spoiler]Sean Bean
given prominence on it.

The exclusive covers would work for any of the other seasons to come, but this is the one that can only be for the first season.

If the season 2 generic cover art is a
[Show spoiler]shadow creature emerging from a vagina
I will most def buy that one.

I have never seen this show but have heard a lot about it, is this worth a blind buy? I blind bought True Blood, Spartacus, Nikita when they first came out and never watched any of them and now love all of them, so I hope it carries over with this Series.

For your taste, you will absolutely LOVE Game Of Thrones, fans of LOTR & Conan, should approach confidently.

I think Game of Thrones is the safest blind buy you can make.

Nice, that is what I wanted to hear, and I see this comes out very soon, I am looking forward to watching this, is it for adults only like True Blood and Spartacus?

Definitely for adults only, considering the incest alone.
