I did a quick search, and couldn't find a thread for this company; if one exists, please feel free to merge this one.

They've so far released some great titles on BD, notably: The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Picnic at Hanging Rock, and more recently The Return of the Living Dead.

I noticed yesterday that they'd submitted Re-Animator to the BBFC, and dropped them a quick e-mail last night to confirm whether we'd see a Blu-ray release.

I got this response earlier today:

Thanks for getting in touch. We are indeed planning a Blu-ray release of Re-Animator, together with Bride of Re-Animator, From Beyond and Society. Plans for packaging aren't finalised yet but keep an eye on our website over the coming weeks for details as they happen.

Next up which will actually be a 3 disc Blu-ray release of the classic Basket Case trilogy which will also be in a limited edition Steelbook.

That is awesome, have the RE-Animator R1 millenium release and The Beyond. Would buy all of these you've mentioned.

Never seen Basket Case, but would still buy day one !!

Wow, just when i thought the small shops were all backing off the smaller scale horror releases. This along with Shout's new Scream Factory are signs of a very bright future for horror on home video.

heres an email i recieved from them!

We've also got the Basket Case trilogy coming up which will include a 3 disc limited edition blu-ray Steelbook with brand new exclusive artwork created by original Basket Case illustrator, Graham Humphreys.

Guess what I watched last night... Basket Case. It was the Tartan DVD which looked no better than VHS. I've got the Optimum DVD of the two sequels, but I will wait until the blu-ray comes out to watch them

I have the Image/Something Weird BD of Basket Case (and it looks really good), but I'll still be picking up the trilogy from Second Sight.
