It is good that HDDVD vs Blu-ray didn't last that long.
True. It would probably just put even more confusion on the consumer and will probably make them stick with SD DVD. Overall, if that happened, BD and HD DVD will probably only be niche products, just like laserdisc for video and SACD and DVD audio for sound.

Its only a matter of time until HD DVD comes face to face with this man to bury the product:



(Okay, I just wanted to put him in cos I'm a huge Undertaker fan.)
