Is the packaging sufficient enough for SteelBooks to survive the journey unblemished? I'm thinking about ordering some Japanese SteelBooks perhaps, such as The Dark Knight with Heath Ledger on the front face, for instance. Also, I'm setting up an account on Amazon Japan and on the account form, it is asking for a Phonetic (フリガナ) entry. I can see this says "furigana" in katakana since I have an elementary understanding of Japanese, so does the form just want my English name in katakana or should I just type my name in roman characters?
