Figured, because I'd pre-ordered Hellboy Steelbook from play.com, I might as well order Hellboy 2 on steelbook as well, for collections sake.

Just received it today, shrink wrapped (although poorly). I open it up and...

...no disc.

Awesome. Clearly, Play.com aren't checking any of their bulk returns when they come back in to the warehouse.

Their website's being a pain in the arse at the moment as well so I can't talk to anyone there about it and their automatic returns system hasn't given me any return information to print out.

Really sorry to hear thats happened to you. I have a Hellboy II steelbook with sorta loose shrink wrap but also have one of TIH. I just assumed it was sloppy factory shrink wrap and nothing more tbh at the time. Just contact them and tell them the situation. I know when Kick-Ass had missing disks, they did replace mine, but best to e-mail them first about it.
