A bit annoyed by this one and neither Best Buy nor Reward Zone have been responding (BestBuy.com has no info refers me to rewardzone, they tell me they don't manage that and it's a BestBuy.com benefit).. I've emailed both over the past 6 weeks and no response.

Bold and Underlined parts are the ones in question -- this email is dates early April 2012.. They are still offering Free Shipping, but only standard. I've had to cough up about 20 bucks in expedited so far for items I needed quicker (non-movie items) when it should have been included free.
I know Brian Dunn is no longer CEO (and that might say just how old this email is!) but I feel it should still be honored since it was sent to RZ Silver members.
