Default Upgrading Onkyo Reciever?
I have the reciever included with the Onkyo HT-SR800 and, as you may know, lacks true HDMI inputs(audio decoding) and is just a passthrough. I've been wanting to upgrade to true HD sound but don't want to get rid of the bundled speakers with my SR800. I'd like to upgrade to the Onkyo TX-605 or TX-705 and am wondering if you think Onkyo would swap recievers without paying full price of the reciever. Do you think that this would be reasonable?
