Default Less popular movies on Blu-ray

Ok, I need advice...

So, I'm not quite sure what to do with my DVD collection. I have about 60 DVDs, and I know I'm going to end up replacing a few with blu (pulp fiction, fight club, matrix). That's making me lean towards selling my DVDs on ebay when I can still fetch a decent price for my collection.

However, there are a number of movies I want to own...that are much less popular movies. Titles like these:

A Bronx Tale
The Sandlot
Brick
Mousehunt
Last Action Hero
Sphere
Saving Silverman
The Thomas Crown Affair
The Rainmaker

What are the odds of seeing some of these titles get blu treatment within the next few years? Mousehunt, for example, is a great kids movie...very funny. But honestly, I can't see Mousehunt coming out on Blu-ray in the next 3-5 years...if ever! What do you guys think? Is it going to be years before we see less popular movies get the blu treatment?

I want to buy most of those movies on DVD, but I'm not sure if that's the best idea now that blu-ray has become the dominant HD format.
