Well, supposedly the 360 renders the game natively at the resolutions listed on the box. If the resolution doesn't appear on the box, it scales it. That's why some of my games only lists 720p, but I'm still playing it at 1080i. Of course, Microsoft might have just changed their policy on how they label the resolutions on the packaging, and are now just listing all the resolutions regardless if they're being scaled or not. But in the past they were actually rendering the game in different resolutions as a PC would.
