Priest in 3d. Good for an early conversion even if it hasn't aged as well as others. Interesting movie as well

Watched Brave last night and it was fantastic. I noticed in some of the darker scenes, and maybe I just need to do some sort of adjusting on my system, but there was a lot of ghosting. The brighter scenes (i.e. arrow shooting competition) look fantastic, but darker scenes like inside of the castle, especially the scenes at night, had terrible ghosting and was almost unwatchable in 3D, aside from the main point of focus. Any tips?

The 3d is amazing and reference quality, but it s odd that your setup had so much ghosting. My tv only had very minimal ghosting I think. Firmware update perhaps?

I agree about this one, it is quite interesting. Shame it looks like it wont get a sequel at this point.

Received Final Destination 5 in the mail today from Best Buy.
Watched it. Had some great 3D gore moments, for sure. More funny than scary, though.

It's been a crazy couple of weeks as far as 3D movie buying is concerned, I picked up the following:

Thor
Avengers
Wrath of the Titans
Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted
The Lion King
Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs
Titanic
Prometheus
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
The Adventures of Tintin

Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides
Kung Fu Panda 2

John Carter
The Amazing Spider-Man
Hugo
Open Season
Cars 2
Cloudy With a Change of Meatballs

And I'll try and pick up Finding Nemo and Up in the next couple of weeks.

I wouldn't wait too much on Up or Finding Nemo. Sounds like they will be crazy cheap for Disney 3D movies on release week. Target has both Finding Nemo 3D and Up 3D for $27.99 on release week but Finding Nemo has a $5 coupon for it so $28-$5= makes it $22 meanwhile Target has another offer where if you buy any disney movie (Up 3D) with Finding Nemo that week you get $8 off so now Up 3D is $28-$8= $20(!).

And that is without the Kelloggs (sp) cash back for each movie which would make it:

Finding Nemo 3D $22-$10=$12(!)
Up 3D= $20-$10= $10(!)

That's just too good to pass up people even without the rebates. Even with Up's lame 3D (I hope they redid it because the reviewer seems to love this version), and the fact that it's going to be a double dip for me with no new content, I think I'm going to have to bite on this one.

Yeah, I saw the coupon for Finding Nemo and I'm hoping Up is included in the list of movies qualified for the $8 off. I do have to look into the kelloggs cash back that you mentioned.

Not sure. I'm watching with a 40gb PS3 Fat and on Sony Bravia 55HX800 3D, about 10-12 feet away or so.

Same thing happened with ParaNorman last night. Brighter scenes looked fantastic, but darker scenes were difficult to see, let alone watch.
