Default RCA 46" LCD question
My TV is a model # 46LA45RQ. My question is when I play a bluray disc the TV displays at 60 hertz for the discs menus and trailers and whatnot. Once the movie starts the display reads 24 hertz. It does this on every disc I put in.
Forgive my ignorance but is this normal? Am I losing picture quality at all?
