I think it seems to be only for trilogies, but yes, thank goodness they don't force you to buy them bundled together. That's that main reason why I am so adamant about Jungle Book and 101 Dalmatians remaining Diamond Edition, because classics of their magnitude should not be bundled with their cash in sequels.

I'll bet Aladdin gets mentioned for next year on the back of the Blu-Ray guide inside the package.

The cover is too classy to be real.

Bet there'll be Flounder and Sebastian on release day, probably off-model.

I don't think ANY of the films should be bundled with the cheapquels. I adore Hunchback, so, I may have to bite it on that one...

Apparently Aladdin is being released here in Australia next month, individually and in a trilogy set. I'm going to call Disney/Buena Vista Australia on Monday to confirm it.

It's a big release, so if it gets released here this year then it should in the U.S too.

Agreed. Like I've said numerous times (as someone who would purchase the cheapquels) they should not be forced on anyone. Although I personally find some enjoyment from them, they are undoubtedly inferior cash ins to some of the greatest films ever made.

At least with HoND, it's not advertised on the cover, so it'll be easier for you to pretend it's not there. Who knows, maybe it'll even be listed under bonus features.

I can see Disney releasing something similar to the Cinderella Jewelry Box trilogy. I can see them making a treasure chest, similar to Ariel's grotto with all of the misc. things.

If that's the case, I'll just skip it (as I did the Jewelry Box) and get the sequels individually when they come out (more than likely in a Double Feature like Cinderella II / III).

That's a beautiful cover, hope they use it so much! Wish they had used the similar minimalist cover for Beauty and the Beast ("The most beautiful love story ever told") and the "three hopes, three dreams, three wishes" cover of Aladdin with just him rubbing the lamp to imply the magic contained within.

I would prefer Aladdin and Jasmine together on the magic carpet on the cover.

Hey guys, don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but that cover art is fanmade unfortunately. It's been made by one of the ultimatedisney forum members.

The official cover might still end up looking like that, but don't get your hopes up too high.
