New PS3-er

HI there:

I just purchased a PS3 80 gig system on March 9th. I was told that there was an offer for 5 free blu-ray movies, however, the only thing I can find on the net references an offer that expired at the end of January (I think that's the date). Does anyone know where I could find the submission form for this? When I spoke to the salesperson who told me about this offer, he explained that their sales rep had told them that this offer had been extended. Any help would be appreciated!
