okay just finished it.. looks like i have a working disc, couldn't be happier i dont see a UPC code on the front of the disc but i flipped it and this is the number on the back of the disc BVDL-4258600B1

The upc code is on the back of the case, top right. It is a twelve digit number. The first and last numbers are to the left and right of the bar code. There are two groups of 5 numbers between the left and right numbers. This is the upc code for the 2012 release: http://www.upcdatabase.com/item/043396409576
