Default favorite holiday for TV special episode

What is your favorite holiday for special episodes of TV shows? Do you have a personal favorite holiday episode of a show?

My favorite episode would have to be Chuck season 1 episode 10 (Chuck vs the Nemesis) - Thanksgiving. Ever since we first saw that, the permanent staff at the orientation course that I direct use the code word 'pineapple' when we have a situation (being in the tropics, we need to make sure we say it in a way that indicates a situation and not a request for some fresh fruit).
