it took me 3 tries to download the 1.14 update. the first 2 tries just made my ps3 beep 3 times & restart. and, now all i get is a black screen...

I am still trying to lock down a cheap share of the DLC. 2 platinums for this games is great.

I still play KZ3. Never have problems getting a game. It's true that most only Hardcore players are left playing this and competition is tough but that's the way I like it and at least I don't find myself getting vexed with noobs

I get that too, and if you uninstall the patch the game starts fine. I even started a topic on the official forums with no response even though a few others complained as well. My copy used to work fine on my fat PS3, it was only on my slim with a custome HDD where it didn't work...

I always expected this game to be my first Platinum, sadly it wasn't to be and it's so long since I last played I'd be utter pants. Oh well.

I still plan to play through the campaign in 3D at some point. The 3D in this game is the best I've seen, really cinematic.

I would say its a fair platinum, not easy. I can see the online ones being a bit tricky for some people, but nothing too challenging if you give it time. Definetly a lot more manageable than KZ2

Been that long since I got Kz3 Plat. Can't remember any tricky trophies though

You're probably right. Its been a while for me too. I could possibly be confusing some for KZ2 or even KZ3's DLC. Scratch what I said in that case

Yeah Kz2 was a tough Plat. Very proud of that bit of silverware

KZ2 plat still eludes me. I have not had the heart to try again for it. I am at the checkpoint right before access to the balcony. I was almost able to get to the last checkpoint before fighting

and then got blown up by a rocket... fml. I was never able to get that far again as Rico is utter garbage for support/bullet sponge. But one day I will have my plat.

KZ3 online I was trying to attack first as the online trophies are very easy compared to KZ2 online. The campaign is on my next to play list after I finish Dead Island plat.

KZ2's final boss fight on Elite, is definetly the hardest final boss battle Ive ever faced in a game. It took me DAYS of constant attempts to complete that and Im shocked I did

On a side note, it sucks that KZ's game save was locked bc I never backed it up and realized I lost all my progress after my PS3 YLOD'd this fall. I thought I had it on the cloud but apparently never uploaded it. Oh well

I noticed something funny on the KZ3 multiplayer tonight (first time I played it in ages).

I was checking out my shadow when doing a melee attack, the shadow is quite a bit behind what my actual characters does for the melee swing of his gun. I didn't try all the weapons, just a sub machine gun type gun. I guess the shadows are just faked and they got sloppy with them.

Gamestop is selling used copy for $9.99. I have a $7 trade in credit still. So i just have to come out of pocket $3. Is this game good? I never bothered to get into killzone but I heard it's a good game. I was looking at the video review and it looks like you can't aim. Is that correct? I wanna try something to kill time for COD Ghost. let me know
