Having purchased The Office Season 6, brand new from Best Buy back when it first came out in September of 2010... I never got around to watching it. With the end of the series coming around, I figured now would be as good of a time as any to get caught up all over again. It was time to start Season 6. I put the disc into my PS3, just as I have thousands of times before. Then, lots of weird noises. Disc wouldn't read after 3 or 4 minutes. So I ejected it. Upon further inspection, this is what I saw. Disc 1 of the set. I then, of course, checked the remaining discs in the set, no damage at all. My belief is that is has to do with the packaging system used. I was never a fan of it to begin with. I've emailed Universal Customer Support... I hope I can get this taken care of.
