So, I am having a terrible experience right now. I am pretty sure the HDMI circuit board on my Denon 1712 has gone out.
Now, the receiver is still under warranty, however there is only 1 Denon recommended service center within 75 miles and it is full of terrible reviews when searching online. These reviews include overcharging, taking months to complete orders, and terrible communication. I would prefer not to deal with these people. I am quite tech savvy. If I could order a replacement board online for less than $25 or something, I'd be fine replacing it myself. Or, is it possible for me to convince Denon to just send me a replacement receiver? |
