I don't know what you want to be the standard of a lower tier actor but I think Andrew Garfield is going to rise to great successes. He's very talented.

Joseph Gordon Levitt is becoming extremely popular as well. He's my little cousin's favorite actor.

Brit Marling has shown talent in her writing and acting capabilities. She probably will not be considered an A-lister, but I think she will have a following of film enthusiasts.

I thought JGL was A-list by now? I went from not liking him to loving him. Don Jon looks great.
