Deciazulado Site Manager Top contributor Member since:Aug 2006 Location:USiberia Home Theater Gallery:6 4K collection:1160 Blu-ray collection:7047 DVD collection:4044	I think the total opposite, if you're sure you are going high def in the future, I'd buy a Blu-ray player now, (perhaps the PS3 as its great and cheap) and star amassing my Blu-ray high def movie collebtion, instead of buying those movies in "obsolete" DVD (which will need to be replaced later!) and then save up later for the 1080p HDTV which by the time you buy it will be much cheaper than if you buy it now!
