Faroudja DCDi Edge Enhancement
Powered Zone 2 and 12 V
XM Ready with XMHD Surround

IT DOESNT SAY ANYWHERE TRUE HD OR DTS HD MA!
You can go to Onkyo's website and many other websites and they'll tell you it does all HD audio formats. You can check this review too for the SP-908. The 605 plus the $300 speaker package isn't some $500 Yamaha HTIB. You must remember, this package used to retail for about $1100 if I am not mistaking. The sub will be more than satisfying(trust me), the reciever will blow you away, there will be practically no distortion, and you can always upgrade. For my recommendation, I'd get upgraded fronts to go along with it along with my other recommendations. You just don't know how good Onkyo is until you experience it.

P.S. Never go to the stores and listen to the audio setups. 99% of the time, they are never calibrated or properly set up.
