Got back from the lake with the dogs, they had a blast as usual, and am now sitting on the deck with my wife and some cold ones. It's really beautiful out!

now checking out hotels and B&Bs in Ireland. I've never planned my own vacation before and being that the first time is to another country, it's making the task even more daunting

Lamb Jalfrezi is good too. I like most Indian dishes, especially the really hot/spicy dishes. My least favorite would be Chicken Korma.
