From what I'm seeing on various blogs (with some posts from Anime dealers) the delay was due to the replicator (JVC) being swamped with disc production for the holidays, and these are big multi disc sets. So no issues with the discs, just production back up. Looks like the blu rays will be replicated and shipped first, followed by the DVD sets, but again it's just what I'm seeing posted on the net.
