You'll see them... Even if the sales have been "disappointing", there's too much money in the world-wide syndication packages not to go through the process with DS9 and Voyager.

If sales were so bad, I don't think CBS Digital would be releasing The Andy Griffith Show, The Honeymooners, I Love Lucy or Shogun.

Admittedly there's less cost in re-transferring these shows, since they don't have to re-do SPFX and the like, but the opportunity to re-sell the shows for syndication is too great. (And by syndication, we're no longer talking over the air broadcasts... It includes package deals such as Netflix, Lovefilm and Amazon.)

Now NCIS: LA and CSI tanked, and they're not going back, but I personally believe it was too early in the Blu-ray cycle to release those series. Hell, I have a feeling they're just releasing Hawaii Five-O at his point because it's demo material to show off, and loyalty to the people who bought the original release that was initially a Best Buy exclusive.
