Yes, had this happen many times. The worst part is the amazon will keep track of these returns and view it as you being a bad buyer instead of them packing and handling items poorly. Ive spoken to the cis reps many times telling them all I want are nice copies of blu rays and that if they could do this, I would order 4 times as much as I order now and never return anything. I just got another 2 damaged blu rays today ill post pictures of later.
