Here is a little fact that you should know about us, the consumers.

consumers are pawns in a chess game, corporations like sony, and toshiba keep going at it confusing the consumers. I know of people who own both BD and HD, and they buy both. each corp. has its own strategy, for example sony forces its consumers to buy only BD equipped systems like the ps3, while Toshiba and microsoft gives people the option of either you buy an HD dvd disc and dvd in one for in case you own an HD DVD in the future or buy an HDDVD player or the add on for 360. each strategy has its advantage and side effect. But both have proven to be effective one way or the other. when saying Universal will go neutral, which i doubt will happen anytime soon, I AM SORRY TO SAY I DON'T BELIEVE IT. Universal will lose a lot of money and time invested for HD DVD. what i expect is another strategy to lure consumers into the technology. Now again, consumers are nothing but pawns. Now don't get me wrong I love watching movies in Hi defenitions, I own both xbox360 and PS3, both systems are great, but I don't see myself spending all that money all over the place. What i think should be done is both HD and BD working together and cut all the running around in circle.
