I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, either in this sub-forum or any other, but a search did not reveal such.
I was wondering if it would be possible to overhaul the messaging system. Or more specifically, what would be required to do so both from a technical standpoint and a formal request standpoint? I do quite a bit of trading in various threads and it can become a beast to try to follow a conversation with a specific member if my Inbox starts to pile up with messages from several members. There are other forums that have messages organized into Conversations and I very much enjoy that way of viewing messages. I'm pretty sure that in order to facilitate such a change it might require that the entire forum be changed to use a different software, and I can imagine that is a task not taken lightly. Any input from an Admin or a Mod in the know would be great, thanks! |
