Default wanting to buy new TV

I would like to buy a new flat panel TV in about 2 or 3 months from now.
My new Blu-Ray player will be either the Sony BDP-S350 or the Pioneer Elite BDP-05FD.
I'm wanting to get a TV anywhere from 32" to 40". A 720p would be alright, but would like to try to get one with 1080p. I'd like to get a TV that would have at least 3 HDMI inputs. And I'm wondering about whether to go with 120 Hz or not.
What models (model #) of TV can you all recommend to me? I do like Sonys and Sammys.

Thanks for your help!
Jodi
