Default Sony 32L4000

In the market for a 32" or 37". But for 37" or bigger, I would prefer a 1080p, but that would be much more than I would like to pay for.

Prefer Sharp, Sony, or Toshiba or Japanese brands only. I know Samsung makes nice sets but I have had bad experience with a lot of korean brands and samsung.

Its $699, reasonably priced and the reviews seem to be great for what it offers. Of course, 32XBR6 would be the best, but it is also $500 more expensive. Looking at a set about $700-800 for my bedroom viewing.

I am still debating whether 720p or 1080p makes a big difference on 32 or 37" TV. They all look the similar from the store, but I dont trust the store's display calibration.
